Dear customer given our cakes are custom made any changes or cancellations must be notified 24 hours before delivery date. We will refund 75% on orders timely cancelled.  No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled within 24 hours prior delivery.

In order to deliver your order to the proper location please include your full physical address so we can google it and minimize delays due to innacurate addresses.
