How it all began? Long story short...

My passion for baking cakes started early in my childhood. It all began with my first oven, a 1985 Betty Crocker Easy Bake Oven! Through the years I've continued baking mainly as a hobby. That was until I realize that the joy in people's faces as they ate my cakes produced a sense of accomplishment that means the world to me. No job has ever given me that feeling. As a certified public accountant, banker and more recently as I earned my law master's degree, I've learned that launching a business is no walk in the park.
The conceptualization of The Sweet Bakehouse took years in the making, lots of patience, and determination to materialize. I guess there is no rush when you are doing something from the heart.

The Sweet Bakehouse is the ultimate expression of my creativity, principles and beliefs. I put my heart and soul into everything I do, and as such, I assure you that our cakes are not just carefully crafted for you, they are filled with love from our home to yours.

This business is dedicated to my parents Blanca & Carlos whom I deeply loved and miss everyday. Their love for my cakes fills my heart with happiness, energy and hope.
